PW result, anime comments on devil survivor 2 the animation ep 2 and Valvrave the Liberator ep 1

Yesterday was the release of 'A' level project work results. My result wasn't the best but it still is a good grade and to me, having this grade, you could say I am happy with it! Even if the result is bad or anything, I could only look forward and move on since it is already over. There're much more things to work on than dwelling on this result because utimately, the main goal is the end of the year! Well then, let's move to the anime commentary part!

First, let's start with devil survivor 2 the animation episode 2! This episode wasn't so exciting as the first one since this episode is mainly there to build up the story and explaining some stuff. In a way, it may seem boring to some and lacking in quality but I can reassure that such episodes are needed to help the audience to understand the characters and as well as the story in the later part. Beside that, first episode is normally supposed to be exciting so to give a good first impressions to the audience! The only thing I want to highlight is the part about demons being summoned from the summoning app. It is true that that's how demons multipy during a battle but the rate of them being summoned... That's scary! It's like 1 demon per second! Luckily, the hero, Hibiki has a strong demon or else, I'm afraid it'll be game over before day 1 even finished! It's great to see Makoto with Power (this is no typo, the demon is really called Power) as her demon partner! Then at the ending, just like always, people saw the hero summoned his demon to fight and got afraid but the ones being saved, thanked him! This may be predictable but I think it is needed to show the fear of people towards these creatures which we viewed as demons. My guess is that in the later part of the story, this fear will be used... Áfter the ending song, there are some more stuff like Yamato's conversation with the Anguished One plus a little screen time for Ronaldo Kuriki... Watch it if you've not!

Next, Valvrave the Liberator! It is a new anime that started this week! I think it is aired every thursday! This anime has a feel of gundam series as it is made by the same producer and boy, the opening song is great! Have a feel of it!
Preseved roses by Nana Mizuki x T.M.Revolution:
First, the story is set in the future where mankind live in some kind 'container'... And so, the main character, Haruto Tokishima, is somewhat like a boy who preferred the easy way out or rather choose peace as the method to solve problem. To some audience, he may be protrayed as 'not strong'... To me, I think such character is realistic! Unlike those shounen anime or manga where the main character is so strong that I think him losing is author's way to balance the character's strength which is a bit... Unnatural?

Besides that, this show comprised with some mech action where the robot is called Valvrave, hence the name of the show. I wouldn't say much about the episode so as to not spolit people who had not watched but basically, if you like the gundam series then you may consider this anime! A little small spoiler: apparently the pilot of the robot would have to 'resign as a human' to pilot the robot... You would understand more at the end of the episode! Get shocked by the scene and look forward to the next as this is only the beginning...

That's about it! Oh, before I end off, if I'm not wrong, To Aru no Railgun S will be airing today!- Looking forward to it!

Dark~
