[Small Update] Back from trip~

Came back from my trip a few days ago(yet still feeling the lethargy^^;)

Still trying to sort out(and selling some of) the stuff I bought. I think I just over spent my budget like twice which is horrible...(Need restraints...)

That said, I did have a lot of fun, shopping, sight-seeing and exploring new places~ Though there were some... Sad/frustrating part of the trip, I really enjoyed myself a lot:)

Will be compiling my trip into a few parts; will just be about Love Live(LL) stuff(cos that's the main thing of my trip, haha~

Am really blessed to have my family members going with me despite that they aren't even LL fans...)

A little something to make up for my absence:

Finally finish it and the motivation(to make me finish it) is the Pixiv FGO contest.

I understand that my work is nothing compared many other great works but just going to join for fun:) You can see my entry in the Pixiv link(in the caption).

A more detailed(with regard to Deviantart's description) art note of this work:

I did this after a few days of trying FGO and I must say I was on the verge of giving up the game... 

First, I didn't get the free 4* I wanted(Emiya, why???) but got Tamamo Cat instead(which isn't exactly bad, haha~ She's cute actually)

Then, the story is in jap without voice...As my jap skill is bad, I can only understand a bit but if the jap words are said, I can understand more; I am kinda better at listening than reading(bad with Kanji...) or saying...(In a way, SIF jp stories aren't really a problem for me to understand^^ Except maybe some unknown terms I have never heard before...)

^That really turned me off of this game... And I was kinda lazy to read the translation(but I will get to it soon^^;)

However, as I played and also watching the pv of the different chapters, I got more fired up(?) to max level my Tamamo Cat; I see it as an accomplishment and then there's that one particular chapter(Shinjuku) that interests me a lot(The pv made the female mc too badass><)

In addition, my bro kinda spoil me of the end of arc 1~ Oh yeah, didn't mention this; my bro was the one who got me into FGO(haha)

I would say, for playing only a few months, I have accomplished quite a bit:)

• Reached level 100(this wasn't too hard, haha~)
• Final ascended my Tamamo Cat(YES! And just ascended my Suzuka today; going to max level her soon~)
• Max level my beginner outfit(the default white outfit)- my bro was a little surprised, haha

I think the above is quite a feat and think I would continue playing it as I advance:)

Currently, in Camelot chapter which I am trying to prepare myself; the difficulty is quite a big gap from the previous chapter... 

Also, I'm still hoping for my first 5*(which I wish it was Tamamo no Mae; then my Fox team will be completed but dk cos I have Suzuka in my team, she just won't come...*Cries*)

I will end my ramblings about FGO and my post here.

This is just a small update after a while; I sure like to 'disappear' recently, haha. The big updates will be coming(after I really sort out my trip's stuff^^;)

PS: FGO rate is quite bad, esp with the fact that your 5* could be a essence than a servant...Sigh...

Been a long while and thought of just updating before I go on my trip~

End of Internship~

Guess I can first start how I had finally finished my internship so there is a bit of freedom for me till my final year starts & that's really when I will be real busy with my Final Year Project(FYP)

This trip is likely my only trip this year and after that, it will be time to work(sigh)... Funny how when you're young, you can't wait to work and earn your own money to buy your own stuff but the thought of working when you're older really sux... Yet you need the money to live... Oh well, it's time to move on from being a student to a working adult then but until then, shall treasure my last few times in University~

That said, I did a doodle to commendate the end of my internship:

I tried to draw myself but of course, I don't exactly look like that(I can't draw females...); esp not with that ahoge(that was for fun~) However, my current hairstyle is around that~

New game: Fate Grand Order

It's not a new game but it is for me and the one whom hooked me up to this game is my brother... Initially, my brother had recommended me to play it the moment it was out but due to the lack of space in my phone, I couldn't and wasn't exactly interested; I mean I do watch Fate series but game wise... Plus it was a japanese game that I can't fully understand the story, esp when the stories have no voice over... 

But thank goddness, there is translation(This game has quite a big fanbase...) And recently, I changed my phone with a bigger storage space~

I will be honest and say I was very tempted to quit after trying the game a few times since there wasn't anything that would make me stay...

The first free 10 pulls wasn't all that good too; I wanted Emiya(my fave) but got Tamamo Cat... It's not exactly bad; I mean how do you say no to a 'cat'??? So I didn't reroll but there was just... No 'anchors' to make me stay...

However, as I played, watched the anime and see fanarts(that I actually did one too; will show later), I started to like the playing style and while I can't fully understand the story, the parts that I do were quite interesting! I suppose the biggest spoiler which is the plot is what kinda motivated me to move on in the story and see the end!

After all, this game is different from SIF; it is much similar to a visual novel where the story has a beginning and an 'end'(shall take Solomon chapter as the end for first arc) while SIF has stories that just revolve around the 9 girls like side stories~

I suppose the accomplishment to reach the end could be a drive! And just recently, due to the requirement of the event, I actually rushed London and Septem stories within 1+ days.^^; But I will be putting Camelot story on the hold, considering the difficulty until I can ascend at least one more 4* servant to max level(which my lvl 70 Suzuka Gozen left like a few materials that I don't quite know how to farm from...Sigh...) 

As of now, I only have 4* servants; just waiting for my fated 5*- Hoping for Tamamo No Mae, then my 'cat'(fox) team will be completed~

Said before, the fanart I did of the first story/prologue, Fuyuki:

Currently as a lineart; I will try finish when I am back^^;

To add up to this, I also did another small work:

A falling female mc/Gudako- A scene inspired by the Solomon chapter in which at that time you fell, you're given the choice to continue or end this game/journey and depending on the choice, Mashu will grab your hand or not(kinda spoiler*)

I will work on this after I have completed Solomon chapter(and then finally, Shinjuku!!!- really love the CM; esp how badass the female mc is that I actually made it as my profile pic and cover page in fb>^<

Love Live June babies~

To kinda make it up for my absence and even more for the week later, I will be posting the fanart I did for each of the June babies from LL~

For Nozomi(9/6 which is tmr><):

 As usual, the outfit from AC set 2- I really love it~ And something different, I went with background drawing than different items to represent the other members yet the lilies can be said to represent the members but due to limitation of the colours of lilies, I can't exactly color with the members' colors^^;

It was fun drawing the lilies in different angles(even tho I screwed up quite a few...)

Well, better luck next time tho likely to scout again, on her actual day;)

Next up, Mari:

I went with Mari and her horse after seeing my last year's art~
Truth to be said, I had no inspiration for past few days and the fact that I am leaving soon, was no helping...
But thanks to my last year's art, sudden muse to draw her, riding with her horse(and I am hoping I can see that in the anime...)
Also, this is to make up for drawing her horse wrongly too- tho I didn't really follow except for the star~

About this art, I felt like I screwed up a lot, esp the coloring and my copic markers running out of ink on me, was really bad timing... But the use of color pencils helped me a lot^^ And the coloring of the background was less consuming~

Tempted to add Dia's nesoberi with the seal~

 Mari's shrine and I'm sure my trip this time will have even more of her when I will be there when it is her birthday~

Just remembered from my last post that I said to wait for the good news and disappeared for good^^;

I managed to finish but the book making was a fail so I just uploaded the full story on the net on 6/5(World Doujin Day 2017).

I think I should just stick to one-shot or fanart; my art don't stay good throughout the work and that is bad plus this story could be confusing and messy which I tend to make my story in this way...

Plus while I don't mind reading or seeing yuri genre works, for some reasons, I just can't draw them... There is this barrier that I can't go over and always admire(sometimes squeal) those who can and their artworks~
