First of all, it's been some time since I updated this blog, huh? Oh well, currently, updating this blog is still possible. However, in the coming months of this year, I doubt I will be going to post anything on this, considering the fact that things will get even more busy than before. Well then, let's start off with two videos from an anime called hunter x hunter 2011.
HUNTER X HUNTER 2011 ENDING 1: JUST AWAKE BY FEAR, AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS
HUNTER X HUNTER 2011 ENDING 3: REASON BY YUZU
Personally, I feel that these two endings of the anime are great songs and I recommend listening them! If you have no idea what this anime is, you can take a look at the main characters below:
To me, Kurapika is my favourite character. His past interests me given he is the last of his clan in which his clan was eliminated (Something like Sasuke in Naruto)... Next, he has a special power that led to his eyes to turn red when under extreme emotions like anger (another similarity to Sasuke from Naruto...) As the anime name implies, Kurapika wants to be a hunter to hunt down those murders of his clan legally...
Sasuke Uchiha |
In other words, he is a avenger... Such characters always intrigued me...
I can name some characters that are similar; Chloe Valens from Tales of Legendia (Tales of Legendia is a PS2 game... Check out the game series, 'Tales of...'), Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto... If you ask me why they intrigue me... Well, you could say that such characters normally are loners which I feel I am one too... You know what people say, birds of the same feathers flock together... It implies to characters in stories, manga, movies, animes and cartoons... A reader tends to feel interested in characters that are most like them because they can relate to them. In addition, these characters normally don't like to rely on their friends... Their independent strength is what I admired because I want to be like them but... In this world, you can't survive alone... And that is the truth...
Zero Kiryu |
At first, I loved these characters who had such pasts and were driven by hatred... However... Recently, I wondered... Let's say they did get their revenge... What happened next? With reference to Vampire Knight, the character Zero Kiryu, somewhat like an avenger, said he will kill himself after having his revenge... With that, I pondered... Does that mean revenge is a just a form of an achievement or justice character has in the end so that they can die peacefully? With hatred, revenge will then exist and that is due to the anger we all had once felt before... To me, sometimes I feel that... What if when the relatives of the avenger allowed him/her to escape so that he/she will be able to live on and not seek revenge for their clans or families? Then wouldn't the avenger be opposing the wishes of his/her fellow mates? Even so, the avenger does not even know the wishes of his/her kins since dead men can't speak... How can he/she know? Anger or rather wrath as one of the seven deadly sins is truely one deadly poison...
As much as these characters interest me much, their endings are normally depressing... They seldom lead to happy endings; depending on the authors themselves... With that, I should end now; my ramblings somehow lengthen the post into one long essay... Sigh...
